SCHOOL EDUCATION REGULATIONS 2000 - REG 103

103 .         Term used: school

        (1)         In this Part —

        school has the meaning given by section 124.

        (2)         If a Council operates for 2 or more schools jointly a reference in this Part, except in regulation 107(1) to (3), to a school is a reference to each of the schools for which the Council operates.
