Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) A member of the
Council for a school —
(a)
subject to subregulation (2), holds office for a term, not exceeding
3 years, as determined by the Council; and
(b) may
be reappointed once or more than once.
(2) A member of a
Council for a school who is elected or appointed to fill a casual vacancy
holds office for the residual period of the predecessor’s term of
office.
