Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The chief
executive officer, by order published in the Gazette , is to determine the
days in each year on which kindergartens are to be open for educational
instruction of children.

Section 117(2) to (4) apply as if the references in those provisions to
an order were references to an order under subregulation (1).
