A person may be
enrolled at a government school, even though the person is not entitled under
section 76 to be enrolled at a government school, if —
(a)
there is available for the person at the school —
(i)
an appropriate educational programme; and
(ii)
classroom accommodation;
and
(b) each
person who is entitled under Part 3 Division 4 of the Act to be
enrolled at the government school has been given priority for enrolment at the
school; and
(c) the
school’s principal has the approval of the chief executive officer to
enrol overseas students at the school.
