If a student at a
government school has a medical condition that needs attention when the
enrollee is attending school or is otherwise participating in an educational
programme of the school the principal may seek such advice from the Chief
Health Officer or a registered medical practitioner as will
assist —
(a) the
principal in deciding whether any member of the staff of the school is to give
attention to the student’s medical condition; or
(b) a
member of the staff of the school when giving attention to the student’s
medical condition.
