(1) If a student at a
government school commits a breach of school discipline a school administrator
at the school may —
(a)
withdraw the student from any class or classes of instruction; or
(b)
alter any of the student’s recess or lunch periods; or
(c)
restrict or prohibit the student’s participation in a school activity or
activities.
(2) A student is not
to be withdrawn from any class or classes of instruction for more than
5 consecutive school days.
(3) Action taken under
subregulation (2) is not to affect any requirement of the student to
attend the school.
