Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The chief
executive officer may approve persons as being authorised to give special
religious education in schools.
(2) The chief
executive officer may —
(a) make
an approval under subregulation (1) subject to conditions; and
(b)
revoke an approval at any time.
(3) The principal of a
government school is to ensure, before a person gives special religious
education to students at the school, that the person is authorised under
subregulation (1) to give special religious education in the school.
