A person must
not —
(a) by
threats or intimidation persuade or attempt to persuade another person not to
continue with proceedings in relation to a complaint under a scheme; or
(b)
refuse to employ, or dismiss, another person or subject another person to any
detriment, because the other person —
(i)
has made a complaint under a scheme; or
(ii)
is taking part, or has taken part, in proceedings in
relation to a complaint under a scheme.
Penalty: $2 000.
