Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) Subject to the
regulations referred to in subsection (2), a person aggrieved by a
direction in a pest exclusion notice under section 27 may apply to the
State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the direction.
(2) The regulations
may prescribe circumstances relating to a matter of emergency or urgent need
in which subsection (1) does not apply.
