CRIMINAL CODE AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 2009 (NO. 44 OF 2009) - SECT 8

8 .         Section 451A amended

        (1)         After section 451A(1)(a) insert:

            (ba)         does any act that endangers the free and safe use of the aircraft; or

        (2)         In section 451A(2):

            (a)         delete “while on board an aircraft”;

            (b)         delete “the aircraft” and insert:

                an aircraft
