(1) A long-stay tenant
may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for an order to terminate the
long-stay agreement on the grounds that the park operator has breached a term
of the agreement.
(2) The State
Administrative Tribunal may make the order if it is satisfied
that —
(a) the
grounds are made out; and
(b) the
breach is in all the circumstances such as to justify terminating the
long-stay agreement.
(3) The State
Administrative Tribunal must specify in the order the day on which the
long-stay tenant is to give vacant possession of the agreed premises to the
park operator.
