Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) The Minister must
arrange for a review of the operation of this Act to be carried out as soon as
practicable after the end of the period of 5 years beginning on the
commencement of the Act.
(2) The Minister is to
prepare a report based on the review made under subsection (1) and as
soon as practicable after the preparation of the report cause it to be laid
before each House of Parliament.
