STATUTES (REPEALS AND MINOR AMENDMENTS) ACT 2014 (NO. 17 OF 2014) - SECT 14

14 .         Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreements Act 1985  amended

        (1)         This section amends the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreements Act 1985 .

        (2)         In section 3 in the definition of accountant delete paragraphs (b) and (c) and insert:

            (b)         CPA Australia Ltd; or

            (c)         the Institute of Public Accountants;
