STATUTES (REPEALS AND MINOR AMENDMENTS) ACT 2014 (NO. 17 OF 2014) - SECT 16

16 .         Geraldton Sailors and Soldiers’ Memorial Institute Act 1929  amended

        (1)         This section amends the Geraldton Sailors and Soldiers’ Memorial Institute Act 1929 .

        (2)         In section 6(2) delete “the Returned Sailors’ Soldiers’ and Airmen’s Imperial League of Australia” and insert:

                the Returned & Services League of Australia WA Branch Incorporated
