33 .         Radiation Safety Act 1975 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Radiation Safety Act 1975 .

        (2)         In section 4 delete the definitions of:

the repealed Acts

        (3)         In section 4 in the definition of sell delete “accordingly;” and insert:

                accordingly.
