6 .         Criminal Investigation (Identifying People) Act 2002  amended

        (1)         This section amends the Criminal Investigation (Identifying People) Act 2002 .

        (2)         In section 3(2)(a) delete “made or sworn a complaint in respect” and insert:

                commenced a prosecution
