This legislation has been repealed.
An Act to make provision after the commencement of section 31 of the Labour
Relations Reform Act 2002 —
• for employers and employees to be no
longer empowered to make the employment agreements that were authorised by
this Act as in force before that commencement;
• for the times when
existing agreements automatically terminate;
• for the effect and
enforcement of existing agreements until their termination; and
• for
the expiry of the Act at a time when all agreements have terminated,
and for
related purposes.
