This legislation has been repealed.
(1) This section
applies to any workplace agreement that —
(a) has
effect immediately before the designated day; and
(b) does
not come within section 4C or 4E.
(2) The agreement
ceases to have effect —
(a) at
the end of one year beginning with the designated day;
(b) on
the day on which the parties have agreed that it is to cease to have effect,
being a day provided for —
(i)
by the agreement; or
(ii)
by agreement between the parties under section 24(1);
or
(c) on a
day on which section 14(1) or 43(4) becomes applicable to the agreement,
whichever happens
first.
