This legislation has been repealed.
(1) Where —
(a) an
order of the court requires the payment of a sum of money; and
(b) a
party to the proceedings in which the order was made, or a person claiming
through or under such a party, applies for a certified copy of the order,
the clerk of the court
is to issue such a copy.
(2) Where a certified
copy of an order is lodged with the clerk of a Local Court in accordance with
the rules of court (which may include provision for the payment of a lodging
fee), the clerk of that Court is to register the order; and payment of the sum
of money to which the order relates may be enforced as if it were required by
an order of that Court.
