People's Walk for Reconciliation

What: Join us for a People's Walk for Reconciliation across Sydney Harbour Bridge. This will be followed by a free public concert featuring top Australian performers at Darling Harbour.
Meet: Outside North Sydney Station. If you are meeting a group, arrange to meet each other away from the station entrance.
How to get there: Go by public transport. Park your car at a nearby station and catch a train to North Sydney. Check infoline (phone) 131 500 or
Time: First walkers leave at 8am, last walkers must leave by 12 noon.
  • Bells, whistles, drumns and colourful dress or other props to add to the fun
  • A gold coin donation to Reconciliation Australia, the foundation that will carry forward the reconciliation process.
  • A drink, suitable shoes and a sun hat.
Don't bring: Skateboards, roller blades or bicycles. These are banned from the event in the interest of public safety.
Allow time for: The concert at Darling Harbour throughout the day. The ecumenical service at St Mary's Cathedral at 4pm.
