Australians for Reconciliation

Australians for Reconciliation is a network of people which work at the local and regional level towards reconciliation as part of the People's Movement. Council has established a network of Australians for Reconcilation (AFR) Coordinators in each State and Territory to work with the Indigenous and wider communities to assist with this process.

AFR Coordinators are responsible for providing information on reconciliation produced by the Council to the community and assisting individuals and organisations from both the Indigenous and wider communities to find out more about reconciliation. AFR Coordinators can also provide information and advice on how to become involved in the reconciliation process.

Show your commitment to the People's Movement by wearing a Council for Aboriginal Reconciliation badge or displaying an 'I am an Australian for Reconciliation' bumper sticker on your car. These can be obtained through your AFR Coordinator.
