Management Amendment Bill 2005
A Bill for
An Act to amend the
Public Sector Management
Act 1994
The Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as
follows:
This Act is the Public Sector Management Amendment Act
2005.
This Act commences on the day after its notification day.
Note The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence
on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).
This Act amends the Public Sector Management Act 1994.
4 Review
of government agencies or
functionsSection 21 (2)

(2) The commissioner may authorise management reviews to be undertaken in
relation to—
(a) the service or a part of the service; or
(b) the functions of the service or a part of the service; or
(c) the possible variation of the functions mentioned in
paragraph (b) including the addition of functions to the service or a part
of the service; or
(d) a matter referred to the commissioner by a member of the Legislative
Assembly.
