OUTLINE

The amendment makes a minor change to the Air Passenger Ticket Levy (Imposition) Bill 2001 (the Bill).

NOTES ON CLAUSES

Amendment 1

This amendment changes clause 6 of the Bill by removing the reference to the ticket being used for a flight.
