Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person, other than the applicant, is not entitled, while appearing before the Tribunal, to:
(a) have another person present to assist him or her; or
(b) be represented by another person.
(2) This section does not affect the entitlement of the person
to engage a person to assist or represent him or her otherwise than while
appearing before the Tribunal.
