COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT 2010 - SECT 151AK

  (1)   A carrier or carriage service provider must not engage in anti - competitive conduct.

  (2)   For the purposes of this Part, the rule set out in subsection   (1) is to be known as the competition rule .
