COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT 2010 - SECT 152AXA

    If the Commission:

  (a)   makes a decision under section   152ATA; and

  (b)   gives a person a written statement setting out the reasons for the decision;

the statement must specify the documents that the Commission examined in the course of making the decision.
