Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsFor the purposes of this Act, goods are the produce or manufacture of a country or place only if they are, under Division 1A of Part VIII of the Customs Act 1901 , the produce or manufacture of that country or place for the purposes of that Act.
