Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Chief Justice or Chief Executive Officer may, in writing, make an arrangement with a State or Territory for and in relation to State/Territory jury officials in that State or Territory preparing, and providing to the Sheriff, a jury panel for the purposes of indictable primary proceedings under this Division.
(2) If an arrangement under subsection (1) is in force in relation to a State/Territory jury official in a State or Territory, a State/Territory jury official in that State or Territory may prepare and provide the jury panel despite any other provision of this Act or any other law of the Commonwealth.
