Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Professional Services Review Panel is established.
(2) It consists of practitioners appointed by the Minister.
(4) Before appointing a practitioner to be a Panel member, the
Minister must consult such organisations and associations, representing the
interests of the profession to which the practitioner belongs, as the Minister
thinks appropriate.
