Original jurisdiction.
PART III-JURISDICTION OF THE COURT

Division 1-Original Jurisdiction
19. (1) The Court has such original jurisdiction as is vested in it by laws
made by the Parliament, being jurisdiction in respect of matters arising under
laws made by the Parliament.

(2) The original jurisdiction of the Court includes any jurisdiction vested in
it to hear and determine appeals from decisions of persons, authorities or
tribunals other than courts.
