FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 No. 156 of 1976 - SECT 37

37. All writs, commissions and process issued from the Court shall be-

   (a)  in the name of the Queen;

   (b)  under the seal of the Court;

   (c)  signed by the Registrar, a District Registrar or other officer acting
        with the authority of the Registrar or a District Registrar; and

   (d)  tested in the name of the Chief Judge.
