FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 No. 156 of 1976 - SECT 5

PART II-CONSTITUTION OF THE FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA
5. (1) A federal court, to be known as the Federal Court of Australia, is
created by this Act.

(2) The Court is a superior court of record and is a court of law and equity.

(3) The Court consists of a Chief Judge and such other Judges as from time to
time hold office in accordance with this Act.
