FAIR WORK ACT 2009 (NO. 28, 2009) - SECT 614

                   A Full Bench must:

                     (a)  decide under section 605 whether to conduct a review of a decision; and

                     (b)  if the Full Bench decides to conduct the review--conduct the review in accordance with section 607.
