17 Act to bind Crown

(cf DL Act, s 6; Gen Act, s 8; STM Act, s 5; VR Act, s 23)
This Act binds the Crown in right of this jurisdiction and, in so far as the legislative power of the Parliament of this jurisdiction permits, the Crown in all its other capacities.
