50 Unlawful possession of driver licence

(cf DL Act, s 23(1))
A person must not, without lawful authority or excuse, have in the person's possession--

(a) an Australian driver licence, or

(b) any article resembling an Australian driver licence and calculated to deceive.

: Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
