TERMINATION OF PREGNANCY LAW REFORM REGULATIONS (NO 20 OF 2017) - REG 11

    (1)     The CHO may approve forms for these Regulations.

    (2)     The CHO must publish an approved form in a way decided by the CHO (for example, on the internet).
