ELECTRICITY NETWORKS (THIRD PARTY ACCESS) REGULATIONS 2015
Regulations under the Electricity Networks (Third Party Access) Act 2000
These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity Networks (Third Party Access) Regulations 2015.
These Regulations commence on 1 July 2015.
(1) For section 10H of the Act, the regulator must consult in the same way as the AER is required by clause 8.7.3 of the National Electricity Rules to consult in relation to a general regulatory information order under section 28H of the National Electricity Law.
(2) For subregulation (1), clause 8.7.3 applies with any necessary modifications.
(1) For section 13A(4) of the Act, the regulator must consult with the same persons or bodies, and in the same way, as the AER is required by clause 8.7.4 of the National Electricity Rules to consult in relation to a network service provider performance report under section 28V of the National Electricity Law.
(2) For subregulation (1), clause 8.7.4 applies with any necessary modifications.
