JUVENILE JUSTICE REGULATIONS

Regulations under the Justices Act

Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Juvenile Justice Regulations.

Commencement

These Regulations shall come into operation on the commencement of the Community Welfare Act 1983.

Forms

In these Regulations a reference to a form by number is a reference to a form so numbered in the Schedule.

Orders of Court

An order made under the Act by the Court shall be in accordance with Form 1.

Complaints and informations

A complaint made or information laid against a juvenile shall be in accordance with Form 2.

Application under section 31(3)

An application under section 31(3) of the Act shall be in accordance with Form 3.

Warrant under section 42(2)

A warrant referred to in section 42(2) of the Act shall be in accordance with Form 4.

Application for further time to pay fine

An application under section 54(1) of the Act for further time to pay a fine shall be in accordance with Form 5.

Further time to pay fine

The grant or refusal under section 54(1) of an application under that section shall be in accordance with Form 6.

Appeal against refusal of further time to pay fine

An appeal under section 54(2) of the Act shall be in accordance with Form 7.

Affidavit of service

An affidavit of service of a document required or permitted by the Act to be served shall be in accordance with Form 8.

Application for Court to reconsider order

An application referred to in section 61 of the Act shall be in accordance with Form 9.
