Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsSubject as hereinafter provided, where any offence is committed in relation to the parking or stopping of any vehicle, the person who at the time of the commission of the breach was the owner of the vehicle shall be deemed to have committed that offence and may be proceeded against and shall be punishable accordingly.
