Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsWhere a person is charged with an act or omission which is both an offence under this Act and an indictable offence, the justices shall abstain from dealing with the case summarily if they are of opinion that the charge is a fit subject for prosecution by indictment and thereupon shall commit the alleged offender for trial.
