Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsWhere the Queensland driver licence of a person is cancelled or deemed to be cancelled in accordance with the provisions of section 127 and that person subsequently makes application for a Queensland driver licence (other than a learner licence or a restricted licence applied for pursuant to an order made under section 87 ), the superintendent may cause the person to be tested as prescribed and issue a probationary licence to the person.
