133B How long information in s 133 must be kept

The business owner must keep the information mentioned in section 133 (1) , (4) and (5) for 3 years after the day the motor vehicle or trailer ceases to be under the business owner’s control.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
