Definitions for chapter

162 Definitions for chapter

In this chapter—

"application" means an application made under section 77 (1) (a) or (2) (b) , 77A (1) (a) (ii) , 79F , 91G or 91P .

"information" includes a document.

"nomination" means a nomination made under section 91L .
