ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1961 - SECT 163AA

163AA—Power of exemption

        (1)         The Minister may, by instrument in writing or by notice in the Gazette—

            (a)         exempt—

                  (i)         any specified vehicle; or

                  (ii)         any vehicles of a specified class; or

                  (iii)         vehicles carrying loads of a specified kind,

from specified provisions of this Part; or

            (b)         vary or revoke an exemption under paragraph (a).

        (2)         An exemption under subsection (1) is subject to such conditions and limitations (if any) as the Minister thinks fit and specifies in the instrument or notice of exemption.
