(1) Subject to
subsection (2), an authorised officer may amend or revoke a direction
given, or conditions imposed, by that officer or another authorised officer
under this Act.
(2) An authorised
officer who is not a police officer cannot amend or revoke a direction given,
or conditions imposed, by a police officer.
