Problem Gambling Family Protection Orders Act (Declaration of Department) Proclamation 2004

under section 3(2)(a) of the Problem Gambling Family Protection Orders Act 2004

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Problem Gambling Family Protection Orders Act (Declaration of Department) Proclamation 2004.

2—Commencement

This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.

3—Declaration of Department

The Department of Families and Communities is declared to be the Department for the purposes of the Problem Gambling Family Protection Orders Act 2004.
