Primary Produce (Food Safety Schemes) Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2005
This proclamation may be cited as the Primary Produce (Food Safety
Schemes) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2005.
(1) Subject to subclause (2), the Primary Produce (Food Safety
Schemes) Act 2004 will come into operation on 1 August 2005.
(2) The operation of clauses 2, 3(2) and 4(1)(b) of Schedule 1 of the
Primary Produce (Food Safety Schemes) Act 2004 will be suspended until a
day to be fixed by subsequent proclamation.
