Proclamation 2006
This proclamation may be cited as the Primary Produce (Food Safety
Schemes) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2006.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
Clauses 2, 3(2) and 4(1)(b) of Schedule 1 of the Primary Produce (Food
Safety Schemes) Act 2004 (No 20 of 2004) will come into operation on 1
July 2006.
