Public Sector Management (Department for Aboriginal
Affairs and Reconciliation) Proclamation 2004
under section 7 of the Public Sector Management Act 1995
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector Management
(Department for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation) Proclamation
2004.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
The employees of the Department for Administrative and Information Services
in the division known as the Department for Aboriginal Affairs and
Reconciliation are transferred to the Department for Families and
Communities.
4—Transitional
provision—financial accounting and reporting purposes
It is declared that, for financial accounting and reporting purposes, the
transfer of employees under this proclamation may be taken to occur on 1 July
2004.
