Public Sector Management (Department for Families and
Communities) Proclamation 2004
under section 7 of the Public Sector Management Act 1995
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector Management
(Department for Families and Communities) Proclamation 2004.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Establishment of Department for
Families and Communities
The Department for Families and Communities is established as an
administrative unit of the Public Service.
4—Transitional
provision—financial accounting and reporting purposes
It is declared that, for financial accounting and reporting purposes, the
establishment of the administrative unit under this proclamation may be taken to
occur on 1 July 2004.
